How to Find the Perfect Jeans

Shopping for jeans doesn't have to be a nightmare. Here's a guide to helping you find the perfect pair of jeans

Steps

1. Choose stores which make you comfortable, not those with unfriendly or unhelpful salespeople who make you want to leave quickly. It may take a while to find the perfect pair of jeans. Some stores that have good quality jeans are Pac Sun, American Eagle, and Lucky Brand, though you can find some other stores with a little searching.
2. Select many different styles, even if you think they may not be flattering, and bring them into the dressing room at the same time so that you can compare them.
3. Different cuts are a better fit for different bodies. Sometimes jeans will be a perfect fit in one place and too loose or tight in another. These jeans are not for you; they will not mold themselves to your body, especially if they are too loose.
4.Walk around. Are they easy to walk in? Jump up and down. It sounds a bit strange but are they easy to move in? Try bending or sitting down. Make sure the flesh of your backside isn't showing.
5.Check the price. Good jeans normally come at a price, but consider how much you are willing to spend. If the price is within your budget, take them to the checkout and enjoy wearing your perfect jeans!

Tips
1.Try on many pairs -it's easier to get an idea of what looks good!
2.Choose a style that's right for your body type. A slim figure is well-suited to low-rise skinny, straight or boot-cut jeans. The latter two cuts are more flattering on muscular, athletic shapes. If you are pear-shaped, try low-rise boot-cut or flared jeans for balance. A higher-rise is recommended for curvier girls, as it better conceals love-handles. However, every figure is different and it really is best to try on many different cuts.
3.To make your butt look perkier, choose a jean with low-set back pockets that are closer to the center.
4.Some denim labels only produce jeans of one length. If the jeans are too long, consider getting them shortened at a tailor or a dry-cleaner.
5.The three most important attributes to look at are leg type, rise, and fitting.
6.While the rise and leg type are standard among all brands, different brands usually have different standards for fitting across seat, hips and thighs.
7.Some jeans run big in sizing, while others run small. That's why its a good idea to try on many pairs of them.
8.To balance broad shoulders buy bootcuts to stop you looking top heavy.

Warnings
Do not make the mistake of trying on only one pair of a style in your size - try at least two. Even when it says it is your size, it is often the case that one fits better than the other. After all, no two seamstresses are alike either!
